Silicon Valley, USA; November 13, 2025 — TBCASoft, the developer and operator of the HIVEX® cross-border payment framework, today announced a new phase of its strategic collaboration with Tencent Financial Technology through a partnership with TenPay Global, Tencent’s cross-border payment platform and a designated inaugural foreign institution partner of China’s Cross-Border Interconnection Payment Gateway (CPG). The initiative enables HIVEX wallet partners to support their users paying within the Chinese mainland through a CPG connection with TenPay Global.

Enabling Seamless Wallet Interoperability Between China and the HIVEX Network

This collaboration enables HIVEX-connected wallet partners to make QR-code payments across tens of millions of merchants in the Chinese mainland by scanning a Weixin Pay¹ QR code or by having their wallet QR scanned by local merchants—without downloading additional apps or completing extra setup steps.
